Acknowledging Love and negative emotions!

There will be people in your life who would love you and there will also be people who won't like you or hate you. This will always be there! If you are one of those who love to please everyone at one single time.. Forget it! :D

There will always be a section of people who would criticise you.. always oppose you... not like you.. Hate you! Accept that! There are people who hate GOD! :D There are people who hate a Guru! :D
So accept it. There will be these kind of people who will hate you too ;)

Now how to acknowledge the love you receive... and how to handle the negative emotions that u come across?

Why do people love you?
Ordinary people love you for your actions... for your qualities.. :)
You had done something in the past.. due to which they love you. But this love won't last long! :D
Qualities and actions of a person keeps on changing... They change all the time! That is the reason the love won't last! Wise person... loves someone.. because he/she knows that the person belongs to him/her. The love from belongingness lasts forever! :) He/she knows that they belong to each other.. A small baby doesn't know anything about the mother.. the baby doesn't love the mom for her qualities! There is a sense of belongingness.. :)

Now what if someone loves you? Ok. Someone loves you.. accept that... and move on :)
Don't get stuck with the emotion that Ohh that person loves me so much! :D
Accept it..... and surrender that love to the divine :)
Everything belongs to Him. Its because of Him that you are here! And if somebody loves you... its because of Him that someone loves you. So who are you? You are just a postman! :D Just accept the letter and give it to the right person.. to whom the letter belongs to!

Similarly, what if a person dislikes you or hates you? Nothing different from the previous scenario... Accept that letter... surrender and move on! :D Even this letter does not belong to you! :D :D Why do you want to keep it with yourself? :P Just give it to the right person! :)

Now what happens when you get stuck with Love or negative emotions?
Imagine a scenario where there is a car (which is TIME).. and God is driving that car... and you are a DOG who is seated in the car... Just like the time never stops.. the car will never stop.. it will keep moving..
Now a person comes and throws a biscuit to you.. what can the dog do? It just has to let the biscuit come to it.! :D The dog need not jump out of the car.. to have the biscuit! If the dog jumps out of the car to eat it... the car won't stop for it.. Now you are out of the car... happy momentarily.. wow so nice biscuit.. and hold on to it,.. but when you realise.. the car has already moved ahead... and you are far away from GOD. :)
So let the biscuit come to you... accept it....even if it is a good biscuit or bad biscuit.. accept it... and give it to God ;)

Accept and surrender whatever that comes your way.... and just move on... don't hold on to anything... keep moving with a smile :) Moving on with a smile is again very important... because only then you will get more good biscuits than bad ones! :D :D

So What is surrender?
Surrender means only becoming aware of the fact that nothing belongs to you :) Even you are not you! :D
Everything is one,... and everything belongs to Him! :D One day you are going to die! This is a truth... One day everyone is going to die... Realising this simple truth is surrender :)

So whatever comes your way... just execute these simple 4 steps: Accept.. smile... surrender and move on :)
