Are you flowing with time or fighting it?

Reflections

Time changes everything, just like flowing water.

A river never holds on to what has passed through it. It simply keeps flowing. And because it flows, it remains fresh, pure, and full of life.

Our life is no different.

The problem begins when we hold on tightly to past events, past actions, past mistakes, or past people. The moment we stop flowing, our mind becomes like stagnant water. And stagnant water eventually becomes dirty, smelly, and unhealthy.

The pain is often not caused by what happened.

It is caused by our refusal to let it flow away.

Time has an incredible healing power. It knows how to soften wounds, dissolve pain, and bring clarity. But for time to do its work, we must allow life to keep moving.

Holding on only delays healing.

Let the past remain in the past.

Let people come and go.

Let experiences teach you and then leave.

Flow with time.

Just as a river doesn't fight every leaf that falls into it, we don't have to carry every memory forever.

The Creator has designed life to move forward. Seasons change. Rivers flow. Trees shed their leaves. The sun rises and sets every single day.

Everything in nature knows the art of letting go.

Perhaps we should learn from it.

Allow time to heal.

Allow life to flow.

And sooner than you realize, everything begins to return to its natural state.
