I am right.. you are wrong!
If I say an Elephant has got 6 legs. What will you say? Is that right or wrong?
Ofcourse, you will say "that's wrong. I know Elephant has got 4 legs!" But say, if the parents teach their child right from childhood.. that elephant has got 6 legs. She will grow up and say.. "Yes elephant has got 6 legs." And if someone asks her.. "how do you know." She will say "I know! and this is true." Why? "Because my parents told me!"
Right and wrong are mere perceptions. Even things that you find beautiful or ugly are perceptions. These are only your way of thinking. You create a small world of yours.. lets call it 'I know world' which consists of all the things 'you know!' And that becomes reality for you. For eg. Did you know ages ago, there were dinosaurs who had 12 small wings! You didn't know this.. that is why you accept it.. but the things that you do know.. becomes true or false OR right or wrong for you.
Whatever you do.. or whatever you come across.. (Take an example - a task that normally you do - you have given it to someone else). Now when that person does the task in a different way... there is a signal.. which goes to your mind... you ask the mind.. is this the right way.. the mind checks your 'I know world'... it finds the data there... and says.. ok this is what you used to do.... so yours was the right/better approach.. (because you have set a mindset that there is only one right). Take another example - Share a thought with a group and suddenly you will realise, 2 groups are formed automatically. The thought can be anything. Suddenly 2 groups are formed - few agreeing to it and few against! So who is right, who is wrong? So the notions that is created in your mind that this is right.. This is nothing but a reply from your 'I know world'
Do you have this question in your mind: So is it wrong to ask your 'I know world'? What do I do about it?
There is nothing wrong in asking your 'I know world'. Infact that is natural! But do not set your thinking or your approach as a benchmark and then compare others way of doing things with the way you do. The simplest way to understand this is, look at the final picture. Have your focus on the main goal. Are you able to achieve the main goal even with this different approach? If yes, then that approach is fine!
Everyone is different. Just accept the difference. If working in a group, do not try and impose your way of working on someone. Let everyone do as per their way, as long as the main goal is achieved.
Misunderstandings happen because there is this big 'I don't know world' which you are not aware of! What you see is what you believe. We always tend to judge people and situations. This is how he/she is.. i know! or this is how my life is gonna be.. i know! WHAT DO YOU KNOW? You think you know it all? your 'I know world' is not even 1% of this whole world! Just be aware of this fact that you just cannot know everything or everyone.. no matter how hard you try! (and to top that every person and every situation is changing every moment!) Just become aware of this fact that there is this BIG world of 'I don't know' that exists and then misunderstandings will never happen. Quick Solution: Whenever you feel negative about someone or something.. just pick that thought and drop it in the 'I don't know world' and become free. ;) It is this 'I know' that causes pain and creates misunderstanding.
The wise ones are those who know there is nothing right and there is nothing wrong! OR Everything is right and everything is wrong! :)
By the way the dinosaur with 12 wings was just a bluff.. but you accepted is as true.. didn't you? (thats because you got no answer from your 'I know world' :P)
