2020 - Year of teaching
This year is teaching me so much.
Finally, I can say that things in my life are becoming clearer as the time is passing by.
The experiences that life has shown me has behaved like holy water cleaning all the dirt and webs of confusion around me.
Expectations from this life has become more clear now. What I am not here (on this planet) for, is fading away and because of that what is to be done is becoming clear.
I feel if someone manages to fulfill what they plan to do on a day, on regular/daily basis are truly strong people.
I am not talking about exceptional days when something happens and you have to devote your time and attention to that. But on usual days, if we plan to do something and we are able to complete it - for me that is a strong/committed person.
The goal of my life is to be that. Because if you can't do simple things like exercising or following a proper diet or doing your spiritual practices everyday then how strong you really are?
Now, I am not talking about just a checklist of items that should be done everyday BUT the checklist should be accompanied with fixed daily time.
I have realised that life is a rhythm. There is a rhythm to nature. And to be one with the nature, we have to follow a rhythm too.
So that means - everyday for example - early morning at 6am, you get up and exercise. At 7am you do your spiritual practices. At 9.30am, you reach office and so on. We need to keep that rhythm - one who is able to do this is the strongest person in my view.
The so called busy people who somehow manage to do things in their day are not strong enough. There is no struggle if you follow the rhythm.
The purpose of my life is to follow this rhythm till my last breath. If I am able to do this much, I will consider my life successful. In other words, this also means - winning over your mind. Because it's only our mind that stops us from following our rhythm. So, the purpose of my life is - winning over my mind. Nothing else. And I am glad I have realised this.
