Don’t Get Stuck in Problems
Life has always had problems—and it always will. From one lifetime to another, problems have always been there in different forms. If we spend our energy only on “this problem, that problem,” we will never move forward.
In reality, the very reason we are here on earth today is because of unfulfilled desires. Whenever you are not happy, it is a sign that some desire is lurking behind that restlessness. And if we die with such a state of mind, those unfulfilled desires compel us to return, life after life.
So what’s the way out?
Yes, do your best to resolve issues, overcome hurdles, or even ignore what doesn’t matter. But don’t get stuck in them. Problems are temporary; they shift with time and is replaced with some other problem. What truly matters is cultivating a state of happiness that is not dependent on circumstances.
This doesn’t mean you become ignorant about what is happening around you. It means you recognize what is permanent and what is changing, what is eternal and what is temporary. Only this clarity can keep you in a state of joy that needs nothing external to sustain it.
Let’s not repeat the mistakes of our past lives—chasing desires endlessly and postponing happiness. Instead, let’s anchor ourselves in wisdom, embrace the present moment, and learn the art of being content no matter what.
Happiness does not come after solving all problems—it is found by rising above them.
