Karya Siddhi Begins with Sankalpa Shakti

Reflections

Many of my friends have asked me, “How did you do such an amazing and impossible thing?”

Honestly, I never thought much about it — until one day I sat down and reflected. And what I realized is this: Karya Siddhi begins with Sankalpa Shakti.

The very first step is Sankalpa - intention. There has to be that inner decision: “This is what I want to do.” That is the seed. If you skip that first step, you’re just doing time pass. You’re acting without purpose, and such actions rarely bear fruit.

So the first step is clear - take a Sankalpa.

But that’s not enough. Many people take intentions - and then stop there. The next crucial step is action. If you take an intention but never act upon it, it’s like planting a seed and never watering it.

Your breath should be filled with that Sankalpa. Your consciousness should vibrate with that purpose. When that happens, your actions automatically align. You start thinking - What more can I do? How else can I make this happen? Your whole intellect starts working for that purpose.

And when there is Sankalpa, followed by action, then comes Karya Siddhi - with the grace of God.

Divine grace is the third and most beautiful part of this process. It flows when your heart is pure, your mind is clear, and your intention is sincere. When your motive is to genuinely help and contribute, grace will naturally shower upon you.

So remember:

  1. Sankalpa — Set your intention clearly.

  2. Karma — Take inspired action.

  3. Kripa — Keep your heart pure and open to divine grace.

When all three align, Karya Siddhi is inevitable.
