Year 2021 predictions

Year 2021 comes to number 5, which is the number of planet mercury.

Mercury represents communication, knowledge, speed, technology, travel.

So, what can be expected in the year 2021?

Travel:
After the lockdown, as things slowly improve, lots of people will travel away from home/office place.

It's a very good year for travel companies. There could be new websites and mobile apps related to travel (in addition to the existing ibibo, yatra etc.) that will be launched in the year 2021.

Travel industry will boost hotel industry too. Year 2021 will see a rise in lodging and hotel industries (OYO etc.) People will prefer eating green vegetables. Though, a corresponding rise in food industry will only be seen in the year 2022.

Technology:
More people will be interested in starting their own websites, blogs and mobile apps. So, a good opportunity for mobile developers and startups.

Online platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram and other video/audio calling will see a rise in their users. WhatsApp in particular will gain more popularity in 2021

Lots of new models in the field of technology (mobile phones, gadgets, cars, two wheelers) will be launched in 2021.

More people will buy smartphones. A good year for phone companies and mobile network providers.

Technology advancements will also mean new vaccines for Covid-19 will be available.

There will be a rise in enrollment of online courses too. More people will show interest in learning different languages. 

Politics:
Though JDU-BJP is the elected party in Bihar, it's the Rashtriya Janata Dal party that will come in limelight in the year 2021.

Kerala, Nagaland, Odisha, Rajasthan and Punjab will be the states that will particularly gather attention in the year 2021.

2021 is a fantastic year for Shri Narendra Modi ji and Mamata Banerjee. (I shall give my predictions on the West Bengal elections once the voting-result dates are decided)

Having said that, good time for India starts only from 16th August, 2021, when it enters it's 75th year of Independence.

Environment:
More people will turn towards environment friendly products, planting trees. There will be increase in products that contributes towards green environment.

Metals:
Silver and aluminium will gain popularity in the year 2021. 

Cricket:
Mercury is unpredictable. Cricket teams sporting green jerseys - Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Africa will make an unpredictable impact in 2021.

Individuals:
2021, a good year for people born on 5th, 8th, 14th, 17th, 23rd and 26th of any month and those born under moon rashi - gemini and virgo.

For others, it's not that it will be a bad year. While, we can't change our date of birth, we can always make use of numerology to bring our name spellings to a good vibration.
